Payment, delivery and returns

Seller - LLC «SAGARTI-LAIT». These terms form an integral part of the Public Offer.

Goods and price

Prices are shown in Russian rubles per unit of Goods. The Goods are not subject to VAT.

Payment

• Payment is made online on the website by bank card of the MIR, Visa or Mastercard payment systems.
• Payments are processed through the Robokassa service. Card details are entered on a secure payment page and are not transferred to the Seller.
• All settlements are made in Russian rubles by cashless transfer.
• The Seller works with both individuals and legal entities.
• After payment, a manager contacts the Buyer to confirm the order, the address and the delivery time.

Delivery

• Delivery is carried out throughout the territory of the Russian Federation.
• Delivery is free of charge, regardless of the order amount.
• Shipping is handled by the CDEK, DPD and «Baikal Service» courier services.
• The delivery time is agreed with the manager when the order is confirmed and depends on the region.
• Packaging takes into account the fragility of porcelain.

Exchange and return

• The Buyer has the right to refuse the Goods at any time before they are handed over, and after they are handed over - within 7 days (remote method of sale, Article 26.1 of RF Law No. 2300-1 of 07.02.1992 «On Protection of Consumer Rights»).
• If, at the time of delivery, information on the procedure and time limits for return was not provided in writing, the Goods may be refused within 3 months of their handover.
• Return of Goods of proper quality is possible if their presentation and consumer properties have been preserved, along with a document confirming the fact and terms of purchase. The absence of such a document does not deprive the Buyer of the opportunity to refer to other evidence.
• Goods that have been used or have lost their presentation are not subject to return.
• The cost of return shipping of Goods of proper quality is borne by the Buyer.
• For the return of Goods of improper quality (defect, damage in transit), the cost of shipping is borne by the Seller.
• The amount paid is refunded by the same method used for payment, within 10 days of receipt of the Buyer's demand.
